Why We Focus on Veterans?
Military service takes a toll on the body—from combat injuries and overuse from training to the wear and tear of years spent in demanding physical conditions. Too often, that toll goes unaddressed long after service ends. At BeWell HTC, we understand the unique physical demands Veterans have faced, and we provide targeted, hands-on care to support real recovery—not just relaxation.
Whether you are managing an old injury, recovering from surgery, training for your next physical goal, or simply trying to move and feel better day to day, our therapeutic approach is built around your specific needs as a Veteran.

Therapeutic Massage
We are continually working to expand the care we offer our Veteran community. In the near future, BeWell HTC plans to introduce additional services, including acupuncture, stem cell therapy, and IV therapy. Stay tuned for updates as these services become available.

Founded in Stamford in 2022 by Executive Director Wenshy Preval, Be Well Holistic Therapeutic Center provides clinically informed therapeutic services that support pain management and quality of life.
Our work is trauma-sensitive and rooted in the understanding that pain is not always visible. We meet every Veteran with presence, skill, and respect.
